When Interview Cracker captures audio during meetings or interactions, this process may constitute "recording" under various state and federal laws. Several jurisdictions have enacted "two-party consent" or "all-party consent" laws that require obtaining consent from all parties before recording conversations. To use Interview Cracker's audio features in compliance with applicable laws, you must:
Inform all participants that the conversation is being captured by Interview Cracker
Obtain explicit consent from all participants before enabling Interview Cracker's audio features
Disable Interview Cracker's audio capture functionality if any participant does not consent
Interview Cracker disclaims all liability arising from your failure to comply with applicable recording consent laws.

12. CHILDREN"S PRIVACY

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.
